  2. Send your request.Enter your contact and drop-off details, then review your box. “Send request” opens a prepared email—tap Send in your email app.
  3. Receive confirmation.Chef will review your menu and reply with availability, any delivery charge, and payment arrangements. Your order is confirmed after Chef’s approval.

  • Thanksgiving Day · November 267:00 AM–12:00 PM (noon)

All times are local NYC time. Requests outside these hours may be considered, subject to Chef’s availability and approval.

Reheat at home

Your food will need to be reheated after delivery. Your Thanksgiving box will include reheating instructions so you can warm each dish before serving.

Order deadlines & payment

No payment is collected when you submit a request. Chef will confirm payment arrangements after approving your order. Credit card availability is to be confirmed.
